Google Ads Grant: how to make the most out of it?

Posted by Forsaken_Hat7488 on November 30, 2022 at 5:57 pm

Got assigned the **Google Ads Grant**, which allows a 10K budget to run on Search campaigns. The organisation is an educational non-profit org. which provides educational programmes for Ukrainian female refugees. There is an account already with some learnings, but have no access yet and wanted to learn some strategies from your experience in the meantime.

Organisation Goals and what I assume will be the campaign goals:

    1) Raising overall donations **-> Max. value.**

    2) Attracting new leads who want to join the program as teachers **-> Max Conv/tCPA**

Language targeting is English; geos are EU countries: conversion tracking is set up already.

    My doubts:

\- start with Smart Bidding? considering the decent budget

\- Keywords research: any idea on how to get the most of it? Besides kws such ‘donate to charity’

    \- Any Audience targeting strategy?

\- Any tip or response is super appreciated

    Thank you

Question and adjust your conversion tracking first. Do donations happen online, or is this lead gen? Where is the BEST place for conversions to happen historically?

People who you can classify as donators are generally not searching but are already tapped out, so you may want to target by demographics and interests, but your funnel will be “Stay informed of our great cause” with a goal to convert by email, text or phone call in 30-240 days.
