  Google Ads disapproved

  Hi Everyone! I have a google ads account for a year. A year ago i used to run ads for my construction company and right i’m trying to do it for my locksmith services. The website and the campaign are online and optimized but for some reason they doesn’t get approved (see the screenshot attached).
  As for their request, i uploaded some files like the DBA and LLC that under the state that i’m operating in. There’s no need for a lisence since the area that i’m working in doesn’t requier it so i’m wondering why they don’t approve it.
  I tried to contact them via email because over the phone it’s impossible to reach out to them. One of their agents called me and the only thing she had to say is that she’ll pass this to the support and they’ll call me in the next 2-3 days. It’s been a week and no one called me.
  I tried to call again but in the end they just hang up on me.
  Someone knows what’s the problem? I’m not trying to run ads for Google guarantee, just regular ads.
  Would like to get some help from the experts here.
