Does getting banned on facebook ads manager also affects instagram even though it’s not linked?
Hi,
So around 3 months ago, i started a custom painting business on Instagram and i learned more about facebook ads manager so i tried using facebook ads manager to promote my store with facebook and instagram placement.
The first 2 days worked just fine for me but after that the ads started performing weirdly where it only delivered for 6 hours and stopped working at 6 A.M in the morning everytime . I contacted facebook support 3 times and they said that it’s working just fine even though it’s not. I’ve checked on the delivery time and made sure that it’s on ‘run ads all the time’
Then i decided to create 2 new ads which then didn’t even work . The status for both campaign was ‘not delivering”. This issue broke my instagram account as well (can’t even promote a post through the instagram app) so i assumed that my ads manager account got banned for no reason
This led me to create a new instagram account and only used ads through the instagram app ever since.
Even though the instagram ads has been performing relatively well ($5000 sales last month) but the ads itself is also pretty expensive to maintain and i believe i can push down the cost and make the ads more efficient and effective by using facebook ads manager.
So i’m planning to create a new facebook ads manager with a different facebook account which is not currently linked to my instagram account and im planning to promote my store with instagram and facebook placement set and directing viewers to my instagram account by putting my instagram account URL on the ‘call to action’ button.
My question is if supposedly my fb ads manager got banned again in the near future, will it also affects my instagram account even though both accounts are not linked directly? (Only connected by the ‘call to action’ button ads that i’m planning to run)
Sorry if the post is too long and sounds confusing as i’m not an english native speaker
