Creating Variations for Split Testing, Is there an alternative to AdEspresso?

I am running a ad agency for small businesses on the side. I know that creating various combinations of ads and testing them is that path i want to take. However, I am surprised that for Facebook, Adespresso seems to be the only software on the market to automate this task. Qwaya is the only other option but its double the price.
Are there really no other options out there?

Acquisio is very good for this and the price is relatively low. It’s a small percentage of your ad budget, and creating variations takes no time at all.

Why don’t you use dynamic creatives?
