CPM or CPTP?

I’m a small business owner, looking to run a FB video ad and optimise towards thruplays. noticed that I could be charged either by CPM or CPTP, was wondering which would work better actually? does this even matter right…? since the ultimate goal has already been set to optimise towards thruplays

Suggest you run video views objective and run thru plays as an optimisation to make sure that you get the viewership that you want.
