Contact Instagram for support.
Posted by on June 8, 2023 at 8:53 amI need to contact Instagram to help recover my account I cant find a link the a form you fill in. If someone could find the link and send it to me that would be much appreciated.

My account was disabled on June 5th, no reason why and when I hit dispute it wants me to enter a 6 digit code that I am supposed to receive by SMS but it never comes.

The problem is that Instagram does not have a normal support, where a live person could answer you. All they can provide is encrypted responses and links to numerous FAQ.
However, I’ve heard that it’s possible to contact the Meta through the Facebook ad account (if you run ads at all). There, at least each case is considered by a real support team. However, I’m not sure that it can discuss the issue of account recovery, since this process is established directly through Instagram.

Meta will give you zero support, you will not recover your account through normal avenues. You have to know someone or know someone who knows someone.
