Concerning ads
Posted by on April 15, 2026 at 1:50 amInstagram, as of this evening, is showing me cancer ads. Like what is going on here and what does it know. I don’t have any issues like that as far as I know. I’m pretty young.

You probably accidentally clicked on something somewhere in the vast world of internet browsing about cancer, healthcare, or even a charity that raises money for cancer survivors, or maybe hesitated too long before scrolling past a video.
Keep ignoring the ads – don’t watch, don’t tap, don’t do anything – and they’ll cycle out. It’s not telling you that you have cancer and you shouldn’t be concerned.
