Can’t see paused ad groups.
Posted by on June 12, 2023 at 11:01 amThis question remained unanswered by the Google Ads community, and I have the same issue. I pause my ad groups, and then I can’t see them any more. I didn’t touch the Status Filter nor did I remove them. Furthermore, I look in the change history and there I find my paused ad groups, but this is just a weird workaround. This never happened to me, and I can’t find where the mistake is at. Can anyone help me out here?

If you are sure that you removed all filters on all possible levels and are looking in the right spot, then follow the advice that was given in the Google Support request you are referring to:
*OK, then leaves two options:*
*Refresh browser / remove cookies / restart your device etc / try a different device*
*Contact Google Ads support – they can access your account*
*Obviously this is not normal. And such glitches are rare. So my best guess is user error – which is why a screenshot was recommended. Or of course, a data refreshing issue*
