Annoying FB Ads Error using Video Assets
Posted by on June 22, 2023 at 7:53 amAnyone experiencing delivery error whenever you publish Video Ads? I got these errors:
“You might not have permission to change this ad. Try making a new one.”“Invalid video in ad creative: Unable to use the video in an ad creative. Video ID 798,093,551,672,956 might not be the ID of a video, or you might not have permission to see it.”
But If I publish Image Ads it’s fine I dont get any errors. I tried re-uploading the video asset manually too still doesnt work.
I am the Admin of both the Ad account and the Business Manager. These Ads I am trying to publish are just duplicate from the Active Ads which are working fine. It doesn’t make sense why I am getting these errors. I sent this to “Meta Support team” and they are just going in circle and cannot provide concrete solutions and they can’t even recognise the problem. They said the asset gets “soft-deleted” every time I publish these video ads.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Yeah, pretty common. Just add a period in any copy. “.” To let the video ad go to review. It will be accepted after that.
