Ads Verification – Any help would be greatly appreciated
Posted by on May 5, 2023 at 2:56 pmI am trying to verify our ads for my company. We are listed as an individual account on our billing profile. I went to have that changed and they needed me to send an email with information to push the change. I sent the email from the only email the account has access to ads however it is a work created email. I got access to send messages as that email but apparently they can’t make the changes because I’m not sending from that exact domain. I then tried to give my work email an admin account since I will be signed into that exact domain. When I hit the accept button it says my email is not associated with a google account so I try and set up a google account with my work email but the verification emails don’t get sent to me. I have already submitted a question to gmail community to see if there can be help there however I am not sure what else I can do. Should I use my person email and add that as an admin then send the email? Our ads have been paused because I have been bounced around so many google departments we ran out of time. If anyone has suggestions I will try anything.
