    A lot of people seem to be pushing more into:

    * YouTube

    * newsletters/Substack

    * LinkedIn for B2B stuff

    * Telegram/Discord communities

    Feels like the lesson now is “rent reach, own audience.”

    IG is still good for discovery, but building entirely on rented algorithm attention feels terrifying now 😭
