Where do I start after a Facebook page violation? : socialmedia

I run a history themed Facebook page. I suppose it’s not a surprise that’d I’d eventually get a violation considering some of the content refers to unpleasant historical events. However, I’m always careful about what I post. I never post anything too risky about something like the holocaust for example.

I received my violation in November. Currently on mobile I have a red bar at the top of the page quality that says I’m in danger of being unpublished. Where can I go from here? Do I just wait it out? For now, it just says my page is not being recommended to others but I can tell my reach has been destroyed. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!
