Social Media Recovery HELP

Hello everyone! I need some technical help. Please let me know if this is the wrong place to post this as I am at a bit of a loss.

I have recently (as in yesterday 😂) taken over the media/marketing aspect of our small business. I have no professional experience in this, only personal. However, with some upskilling and support from my manager, I am excited for the challenge!

However, the previous guy who handled all of our social media accounts – including the emails linked to them and any phone numbers associated – I believe has changed all of the passwords.

Unfortunately, given him somewhat ahem abrupt departure, I wholly doubt will give them to me.

Any ideas how to get into these accounts?
