Zero Free Listings Impressions on Bing Merchant Center?
I am running Bing Shopping campaigns and have a feed set up for Bing Merchant Center which is working well for paid ads. However, in the product performance tab, I can see I have zero impressions for free listings ("Product listings").
I've contacted Bing support but they cannot do anything beyond give me generic feedback like "your products may not be competitive enough to show on free listings".
However this seems highly unlikely given we have >800 products and a well optimized feed that is working on paid listings, and can see equivalent competitor placements in free listings. I'd expect at least some impressions to appear sometimes (even if small).
I don't have a tonne of experience on Bing shopping so interested to find out if anyone else has experienced this + potential solutions?
