  Yout can’t use Facebook Right Now- Help request.

  I created a work Facebook alias a few years ago for my Non-profit Organization. Fast forward to yesterday, and Facebook logged me out of all my devices and had me verify my account with an email and phone code. After verification, facebook had me change my password, which I did. Facebook then requested that I send a photo ID for verification.
  Keep in mind that I created an alias account that I can not prove with an ID. It was a simple Street name based on our offices. Facebook insisted that I send a photo, and I sent a photo a few times with my real name, and it was not accepted. The “Continue” button just kept loading and eventually stopped.
  So I uploaded an ID of mine and changed the name to reflect the alias. Is there anything I can do to get access to my org page on FB? Has anyone had experience with verifying with an alias? I’m kind
