Young PPC specialist with 8 months of experience looking for a mentor
Hello everyone. I am an in-house PPC specialist with 8 months of experience. We are EU-based and running GoogleAds and Bing at the moment with an average monthly spend of 100k € in PPC.
I only have the head of marketing above me in the hierarchy, but she is not always available for support. The results I am achieving are good, but not great.
**Question is, where can I find a mentor to answer some of my questions and help me grow?**

You should talk to your boss, the head of marketing, and say you’d like to learn more so you can do your job better. Get her to sign off on you taking some training. For that matter, maybe she could use some herself or train someone else since you are the only one doing the work, a good idea to have someone else help as this campaign grows or god forbid, something happens to you or decide to move on. Money put into training is money well spent. It could also be used to have a consultant on-board, which is just a mentor that you pay. Other than that, there’s forums such as this one.
