Yesterdays conversions not showing in the ads UI?
Posted by Fickle_Objective6983 on November 4, 2022 at 10:55 amOnly a very small number of our leads are showing in our ads UI for yesterday so Im wondering if anyone else has seem the same issue and its a google ads glitch?
We’re using goals imported from analytics but never normally have an issue viewing the data the next day

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 11:46 amThere’s always a latency. You usually get a message on the graph.

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 12:56 pmConversions get attributed to the day of the click. Some leads from yesterday may have clicked an ad days earlier.

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 1:10 pmYes! Thank you, just noticed this too. My Google Ads dash is only showing about half the number of conversions that are reported as coming from Google Ads in Analytics. Good to know it’s not just me

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 1:12 pmYes here too! That’s more than the usual latency and by this time there should almost all conversions be counted, it’s been so like always. Definitely a Ads bug! Hope they fix this soon…

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 1:43 pmCan confirm I too have been experiencing delays since yesterday.
I have some leads unaccounted for, since more than 24 hours.
EDIT: they are aware

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 3:55 pmHappened to us too, seems like it started around 5am PST. I was trying to figure it out for about an hour yesterday but saw no indication from Google that there was anything wrong. Glad to know it wasn’t just us

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 4:32 pmI was seeing just LSA conversions showing up, nothing from call extensions or calls from ads. I see them in CTM and Call-Rail, so we know they received calls.
There also seemed to be an issue with getting emails from Google with my rules and emails with admin request access. I started to get them all about 15 minutes ago.

GuestNovember 4, 2022 at 4:50 pmPer our Google rep:
> Wanted to let you know there has been a bug in Google Ads affecting some non-last click (DDA) conversions starting November 3rd. At this stage, we do not have any additional details to provide, but our engineering team has identified the root cause and is working to resolve this with high priority. We will keep you updated on progress once we have more information.
