    That is a myth. The reason you don’t get better reach is always related to other reasons such as your time of posting etc. under the hood, it is the same API being used by third party tools and the platforms themselves.

    Definitely not! Use your 3rd party tools. They really can be such a lifesaver especially if you are expected to post a lot of content whether for a brand, business, clients, or even yourself. Currently using Metricool but there are many others on the market that are great too. I’ve tried Planoly in the past as well as Sprout Social and Later!

    I prefer to post video content directly to the social media platform and use a scheduling tool (like Metricool) to post static content. I’m not sure if scheduling video content via a scheduling tool will lead to lower reach HOWEVER I do think there is a high chance your content won’t upload properly. I’ve always had issues with scheduling videos so I always post directly to the platform and just set a timer on my phone.
