    For example – expertsexchange.com can be read as ‘expert sex change’. Will there be negative effects on this?

    Shouldn’t hurt SEO, but for obviously reasons you’d be better off with something like exchangeexperts.com

    Honestly the domain reads expert sex change to me. I would probably consider a new domain name.

    Apart from what Google reads, you can also tell it how to read it by using anchor text in your backlinks.

    It will likely be be flagged by at least some porn filters, for searches and network traffic, so not a good choice.
