  Why do my IG reels keep posting dark and blurry?

  Recently on Instagram, my reels have been posting as dark, blurry, & look out of focus. Before I post, the video is clear & there is no issue. Not sure what to do because my camera setting on my phone is at the recommended 1080p for Instagram & I turned on the high quality setting on Instagram.

  Should I disable the HDR video play back setting to fix this?
