Why choose to start over?
A local chain of businesses in my area recently posted on all their instagram pages that meta threw them a curveball and that they would shortly stop posting on those accounts in favor of new fresh ones
Any insite on why they may have done this? Their one account had 20k followers, which is good for around here. -

Maybe they bought followers?

Perhaps their accounts are flagged or restricted for a lot of possible reasons. And Meta processes reports verrrryyyyyy slowly, it might take months. They’re running a business, So rather than waiting for Meta to resolve account issues, starting new accounts seem to be the best course of action
