Someone here probably knows more specifics but yes, featured creators are getting paid. I would assume its well to see so many returning.

They had a creator fund (similar to Tiktok and LinkedIn) but looks like they reducing it.

Yes . Snapchat will pay you if post to spotlight and your snaps get a lot of views
