Who can help get reviews on Google map? Exchange is possible. Maybe there are already such topics?
When a company is new, it is hard without reviews. In our field, although the company has been working for more than 10 years, they have never made Google maps and there are no reviews. And customers look at this and this lowers trust.

Ask the past 10 years of customers to make a review.

If I were in your place I’ll claim the business on Google. If it’s not listed I’ll list it.
I will rate my business, I’ll ask my team and my friends to rate the business.
Then I’ll send a personalized message to all the past customers to drop a review. You can even offer some freebies or discounts if they do so.
