  • Which social media management platform offers the best analytics data?

We’ve been using Agorapulse for a long time but their recent price increases while simultaneously removing features and seats has rubbed our team the wrong way. We do not use 3rd party SMM platforms for posting, only social listening + inbox management + analytics.

Is there a SMM platform which stands out to you in terms of its analytics integrations? Preferably we can get 3+ seats for less than $400 USD/mo.

    Thanks everybody!

Socialinsider does a great job at analytics but has no listening or inbox. Some preffer separate tools, others like suites like sproutsocial

For analytics I use metricool, they have so many bugs ?‍♀️ it’s so annoying but in the end I felt they have good analytics for the price, so I stayed

Are you looking for GA analytics? I know they are working on something for that, otherwise most have access to the same APIs/metrics as allowed by each network.

(They just updated their pricing structure again, btw)

Blinkfire, and it’s not even close.

Problem is, it’s VERY expensive and only really suits large enterprise budgets.

I have been working as an smm for more than 4 years and came to the conclusion that there is no one universal tool that could solve all your tasks at once. I still prefer to use narrowly focused tools, but I know for sure that I get the best functionality on the market, and I’m not chasing average quality, but combined in one tool. Here is a list that may be useful to you:

    1. Snoopreport – Instagram tracker of user’s activity. Allows you to track likes, attractive hashtags, follows, and interests of any users with public profiles. The maximum version allows you to add 100 accounts to tracking at the same time. Depending on the tasks, you can monitor your current or potential followers, as well as competitors’ followers.
    2. Planoly – the application allows you to plan publications several days, weeks or months in advance. Users receive push notifications a few hours before the marked moment. Instagram Facebook page or Twitter page can also be set to post automatically.
    3. YouScan – tracks the activity of a brand/ person/company in various social media, including online media. The service prepares detailed reports that reflect the number of messages, likes, comments and reposts. It is possible to upload information on the authors of messages, sources, social status, tonality, as well as combine mentions by category.

The combination of these tools allows you to get amazing insights and automate the process of maintaining social networks. However, this collection is mainly aimed at Instagram, so maybe someone will supplement my comment with recommendations to other social networks.

    Best wishes 😉
