Where to find a social media manager?
My band is at the point where managing our social media has begun to take away from the music we’re creating, and we need some help!
We’re moderately successful, touring twice this year with a small record deal, but we’re still a ways out from making a living off of it.
I guess my question is this:
Is it unreasonable to think that there are people who would would be interested in “joining the band” as a social media manager? Doing it as an extracurricular like the rest of us?OR
Are we better off saving the money and waiting until we can hire a professional? Are there budget friendly options if we go this route?
In either case, where can we find the wonderful people who can aide us in building our social media presence?

I mean, I’m not sure of your exact budget. Things like upwork could help though. I use the platform for freelance work and the rates offered generally are a lot lower than say what’s offered at an entry level job.
