Where do you hire VAs for project management or your daily stuff?
I just wondering where do you hire VAs and how much you pay for it? Im think that I have lots of agency onwer clients and they use our white label seo services, but at the same we have lots of VAs + we can easily hire more VAs in very affordable rate. So Im just thinking if i setup a new service for my clients, because they hire VAs a lot.

If you’re looking to train the VA yourself and give them your own SOPs, online jobs .pH is your best bet. Lots of quality talent there.
If you want a VA to have their own SOPs, you can find one that specializes in what you need on Upwork, but that’ll be more expensive.
Price, depends on a ton of factors like skill, level of English, level of experience, country they’re based in, etc. Obvi a US based VA will be way more expensive than someone based in Macedonia.
