Where did the keyword level manual CPC bid go?
Ok, feeling kinda dumb right now. I just switch a campaign to manual CPC bidding to focus on some specific keywords. I am looking at the keywords and I see the below top of page bid message for everything. I go to columns to look for the Max CPC. column option so I can manually update bids but it does not exist anymore. Granted, this is the first time in quite a while I have switch to manual CPC but how can i set a max bid without the max bid column or going to edit options and selection increase bid to X? You used to be able to do this right inside the column. I also do not want to do this in editor.

Did you set the bidding to be Manual CPC? it is around a 2-3 click process, it will default to a conversion-optimised CPC and then another optimised option – but you need to select manual CPC and then control your bids – this is all done in the bidding section of the campaign.
