Where can I report some sites that abuse SEO?
I was searching for some plumbing stuff I need done and I noticed that all the sites on the first page of results from google are owned by the same person or rather have the same contact number. And when I say all, I really mean ALL.
I only started getting relevant results on page 2.
I admit, I don’t know if this breaks any rules but it seems very morally wrong.
Leaving aside the morality of it, the person/company that owned these sites had really inflated prices. Up to 150% markup price. It’s insane.
I didn’t fell for it but other people might.

Indeed has been double stuffing SERPs for years with multiple versions of the same page (or more if you count the fact that they also own Glassdoor and other brands) but you don’t hear me complaining about results for any search with “jobs” or tagging /u/johnmu in Reddit comments

Give us the brand name so we avoid them

Do you get mad when u notice items you buy at the mall are higher markups vs it’s original cost to create it too lol

u should prob ask them for the SEO company they hired.. they are doing great work LOL

If this is for organic search it’s allowed. No issues. If this is for Google Business Profiles – it’s not allowed and you can report them.

In the SEO business, it is not the reputable companies that get to the top, it is the ones that know how to game the system. If the guy figured it out, why are you trying to report him? Learn from him.

Doing this isn’t morally wrong. The person who has multiple sites on Page 1 has probably paid thousands to get them up there over the years.

I did this one time for my business but I did use different numbers so I could tell which company they were calling for.
I was also number one and number four.
I did not quite have the whole page knocked out like that haha
