We don’t use any of the “full” management tools at my agency. If we ever did we’d probably go with [https://www.optmyzr.com/](https://www.optmyzr.com/).
The truth is that so much is already automated with PPC that these tools don’t really help that much except in edge cases, like where you still run manual bidding or old school strategies.
The most important tool for most agencies is something to automate reporting. This saves more time than just about anything else. We use Swydo.

I use Skai (formally Kenshoo) audits to send me an email any time my accounts have something wrong. You define “wrong” for each account so sometimes it’s a blank custom field, a campaign with $0 ad spend “yesterday”, or a campaign in the wrong shared budget. Very customizable!
