It wasn’t my site, but one I was hired to work on. The smallest change with the biggest impact ever was updating a Robots.Txt file that had been blocking most of the pages from being crawled. Site went from about a dozen indexed pages to scores of indexed pages, just about overnight, and organic traffic zoomed.

Changed the schema type on a large site. Code was fine but the type was wrong. Saw an instant 5% increase in the first week with steady gains over the rest of the year.

Literally changed 1 word. Probably the least amount of work I’ve ever done haha.

I recently changed the categories of my blog posts. Some content is now under the News section, some under Reviews, and others under Car Guides, and so on.

You’d be surprised how a tiny tweak can make a huge difference. For me, it was **optimizing image alt text**. I spent a couple of hours going through hundreds of images and writing descriptive alt text. It felt like a small task, but within a month, organic traffic spiked by 15%.
