What tools do you guys use?
Posted by seohelper on June 7, 2021 at 2:40 pmAre google’s tools i.e Search console, analytics, url inspector etc. enough to do SEO? What third party tools do you use? Are premium tools a requirement for someone to do SEO professionally?

GuestJune 7, 2021 at 4:28 pmSEMrush is pretty useful for link building opportunities, site auditing and keyword research. I use it almost everyday I’m in the office.
I usually alternate between SEMrush and google search console. Both are incredibly useful for SEO purposes

GuestJune 7, 2021 at 8:02 pmI like Mangools for keyword research-SERP tracking and backlink analysis. Screaming Frog for site audits. Both have fail price points and as far as tools go they do the trick (at least for my business needs).

GuestJune 7, 2021 at 8:31 pmAhrefs for general site health, backlinks and keywording
Screaming Frog for audits and to verify Ahrefs data
SurferSEO for content creation and keywording
GSC + GKP + GA
And then a bunch of free tools for quick checks etc.

Would like to add Moz in the mix too but for a one man band it’s all very expensive to justify.
