what platform?
im a bit of a dinosaur with social media. could anyone advise where would be best to publish my poetry and best way to get followers.

If you want an established blog site, try Medium. You’ll probably get lost and have a hard time being seen unless you really promote your blog.
If you want somewhere newer that you’ll be seen and have a higher chance of getting followers, but the platform doesn’t have many users yet, try Jabburr.

Try Instagram for sharing your poetry with visuals. Use hashtags and engage with others to gain followers. Also consider Threads for more in-depth conversations with your audience….

I would suggest Tumblr definitely. If you use the right hashtags and follow the right accounts too. Also you can try instagram. There you need to crack the algorithm for the following to be honest with you. Tumblr as long as you actively post multiples time per day and follow the right people you’ve got a solution.

Use Tikslide to convert slideshows to videos.
Repost on a second TT acc + IG, FB, YT.
