Adding to this for those joining the discussion as I’d love to know what would be best. I currently use Sprout but its not great with scheduling Reels (because it can’t attach the original audio) and it doesn’t allow carousel IG posts with GIFS/videos in it. So all of those have to be manually posted.

It also doesn’t allow you to schedule threaded tweets.

Is there any tool out there that does this? With good reporting skills and reach?

I have used Later and Plann and I prefer Plann way way more. Their user interface is much friendlier and they’re cheaper! Other than the features that all these tools have (scheduling, creating, etc) They have lots of features around strategy and helping users come up with content to post (captions, hashtags, prompts to know what to post, etc). They also recently launched their link in bio tool that’s very easy to set up. It really depends on your needs and what you want out of the tool.

Interesting. I also use Plann and swear by it ^^

It’s really visual, easy to use, auto-posts, has heaps of content ideas (prompts for every day) and highly rate the new link in bio tool.

Fav feature is being able to add events to the calendar to make a content cal with blog posts and eDMs. Keeps the team aligned.

Plann is my first choice! Extremely intuitive to use and actually guides you through the process of posting. They also have incredible customer service. I find the workflow is like no other as well. Being able to put my content into media libraries and tags linked to people in collection so I don’t have to find people’s handles over and over. Creating my strategy with brand colors is a fun touch too.

Tried Later for a bit but it was so clunky and didn’t really help me streamline the same way.

Brandwatch is the real and only best-in-breed tool. They have the best social listening tool in terms of data coverage, API, sentiment analysis. They integrated with Falcon for the SMM, so you can have all in one place. I love Falcon for the UI and all sort of modules offered.

Recently they added an influencer tool which we are testing for some projects. It offers a discovery module to find influencers and to track their campaigns/KPIs. Super intuitive
