  What is good CTR google ads.

  At the moment I’ve created one ad website traffic for testing and the CTR is 6% after 2 days of campaign running my CPC £0.70 which is relatively high not sure what’s good CTR I want to decrease my CPC actually.

  Depends on the industry, location, and type of campaign but [these benchmarks from Wordstream](https://www.wordstream.com/blog/ws/2016/02/29/google-adwords-industry-benchmarks) are as good an estimate as any.

  Spoiler: “The average click-through rate in Google Ads across all industries is 3.17% for search and 0.46% for display.”

  But if you’re in the dating & personals industry, for example, 6% is right on average.
