For me, it would be uploading my photos to free stock photo sites, then asking for credit whenever my photos are used. Sounds complicated, but it’s an easy way to get backlinks.

I google “keyword -inurl:keyword” or “keyword -intitle:keyword” to scout topical relevant websites that are talking about my topic but not as their main keyword/focus. Perfect Backlink opportunity. When I reach out to them I am not direct competition but adjacent.

Free stock sites usually ask for back links back to their site. Which site are you using for your photos?
