what does it really takes to improve ranking from page 3-4 to page 1 of SERP?

I don’t know how to add details in question so adding it as comment.
Website already has Moz DA 45 and ahrefs DR 52.
Crawl rate is good, content is good (new posts starts ranking for multiple keywords in all search engines within days).
But they stay on 3rd and 4th page ranking, what should I do to improve it except spamming other bloggers email to give links (technically buying links) -
Not to sound snarky, but give it a few months, not a few days. You aren’t going to rank page 1 day1, unless it is ultra low competitive.
I’ve said it before, but we are all asking google to say our content is literally number one in the WORLD. Competing with how many pieces of content? That’s a huge ask.
The flip side is, imagine you spent years building a reputation. And some new kid comes along with similar content and knocks you from your perch?

Amazing optimized content, internal and external Backlinks, and lots of luck sometimes. That’s the formula lol.

Check also your internal links, on-page Seo, page speead, page stracture, compare it with your main compatitors
