  What do you think about Lead Generation Website?

  I was thinking about building a lead gen website and rank that in Google. And later sell it to a company, or sell the leads.

  So I’m ranking a fantasy company in a certain niche without a physical location.

  Why I thought it’s a good idea:
  – good way to learn SEO
  – currently people don’t have money to spend on SEO

  Any experience with this or tips? Thank you for sharing

  I think the question that you need to ask is what are you generating leads *for*? If there’s no incentive to become a lead, you aren’t going to get any… What’s a visitor’s reason to go through the lead capture process?
