Tried a few months back. Super glitchy and timed out more than once a week.
Good idea, crap execution -
Never used it. Didn’t see the appeal.
I think tiktok tried to add the same thing on there but it didn’t last long. Seemed pointless and annoying.

Little sister uses it and I saw her today.. it is fascinating to me. There is 0 entertainment value. There’s nothing interesting in the photos shown

BeReal’s slow down has a couple of factors.
People start realizing their life’s aren’t as interesting and posting the same kind of photos (school, Uni, work) 174 times in a row gets boring.
Users tend to use it more frequently in the warmer days to showcase outdoor activities.
It still is not monetized and brands currently don’t have the option to advertise.
The novelty kind of has worn of. Now it is time to see what they’ll do.
