Good security practices are very worthwhile.
And who knows, maybe Google sees those as a positive signal and adjusts ranking accordingly.
There’s no reason not to do those things, that’s for sure.

I get my websites on the HSTS preload list. Might as well skip any HTTP to HTTPS redirections.

I don’t know if it has any level of SEO impact, but I’ve been doing this as standard on all my websites for years.
