Hi I’m one of the admins for a Facebook group for therapists with a specific specialty. When members break rules and get muted, they often message admins on their personal Facebook accounts and if they are removed from the group, sometimes messages continue and they are harassing and accusatory. I’ve had to block some people and some mods are struggling to block as therapists are naturally open and empathetic. I was hoping there was a way to have members be able to message an admin account with complaints to protect the volunteer mods and admins from being harassed on their personal Facebook accounts. Does anyone know if this is possible?
