Start by deciding what kind of educational and inspiring content you would like to see:- topics, styles, life views that align with yours etc. start searching and following pages that create content you like in those categories and make a conscientious effort to look at and engage with that content when you scroll. Over time that will be the majority of what you see ????. Hope this helps.

If you have any specific topics that align with mine, I’m happy to share who I follow.

I’m into British and American history, archeology, marketing tips, chemistry and film and music history.

Audit who you follow. Mute or unfollow anyone or anything that is not adding value to your life and mindset (a brand you followed for a giveaway, anyone you hate follow, most celebrities, meme accounts) and start looking for people in spaces your interested in – photography, graphic design, car building, whatever and look at who THEY follow.
If you are active on several apps, diversify the topics on each and i highly recommend following as little news accounts as possible, and keeping it to one platform. Yes being aware of current events is important, but being inundated with constant news will only make you anxious.
Podcasts are a great way to get educational content and help keep you off your phone screen.
Set time limits and be firm to avoid binging.
When you see books, movies, podcasts, articles recommend, keep a list in your phone and actually check them out! It you might not always find your favorite thing but at least you learned something new!

Sorry everyone probably knows this but the custom feeds on Reddit are amazing. I have one for strictly design. Just photoshop, Indesign, premiere, after effects , social, marketing and about 5 others. Lol it’s all I read on here.
