What are some SEO strategies to market an English language website to Spanish speaking audience in Texas
We have a website that is completely in English and our main audience is from the US. Texas seems to bring in most of the traffic and we wanted to see how can we market our website to Spanish speaking audience in Texas. It would be great if you could share some SEO strategies to ensure a positive approach.

But if you are sold on SEO you’ll need to create a new site in Spanish targeting keywords in Spanish.

You are right you probably will rank in Spain, but also for anyone else looking for your service in Spanish (if you do good SEO work).
If you are aiming for a market test why not just run Facebook ads to Spanish speakers in Texas to your website and not use an SEO strategy for this objective?

Have you checked in GA first the browser language being used… it might be that the Texas traffic is coming from English speaking browsers so no need to make any changes
