**General**
* I hate the stock images. Add more images of the real people running the business.
* Add the phone and email number as high up the page as possible.
* Add videos of the team and reviews/testimonials from happy customers to build trust.
* Add additional trust factors like reviews and star ratings from third party review sites.
* It’s hard to read the white text on top of the header images.
* The text on the header image isn’t strong. Employ a copy writer to write you a strong call to action.
* You need to make it very clear what problem you solve.
* In general the site is very light on text. You need more text for trust, but also so google can figure out what you actually do.
**Home Page**
* The link on the homepage under what we do to the “framing service” is broken.
* It doesn’t actually say anywhere on the homepage what you sell until you scroll all the way down to “What we Do”
* I think you should have a contact form at the top of the page. It should be the first thing people see.
* You need the trust factors at the top of the page.
**Services Page**
* Add more pictures and videos of your completed projects. Add plenty of real, checkable testimonials from happy clients. Add detailed information about the projects you undertake.
**About Us Page**
* You need to add more information about yourselves and the business – This is where you can build trust and confidence. Add your history, experiences, testimonials, add pictures of the owners/founders and information about them. I want to know who the people are working on my project.
**Contact Us Page**
* Swap the contact form and the testimonial. I expect to see a contact form, email and phone number at the top of the contact us page.
