    Hi all,

I have been working on a specific location page on my website, as we have multiple locations. When I rank in the local 3 pack for keywords related to this page, we have our home landing page as the website link. Should I link the specific location page on Google My Business for this location rather than the home landing page? Will this hurt my local 3 pack ranking if I do change it to link to the location page?

Linking to a specific location page on your Google My Business listing can enhance your local 3-pack ranking because

    * It increases relevance by providing detailed information about that particular location
    * Improves user experience by directing them to location-specific details, and
    * Allows for better content optimization for local SEO.

This change is unlikely to harm your ranking and may even improve it due to increased relevance and user satisfaction. However, it’s crucial to monitor the rankings after making the change to ensure it positively impacts your visibility.

For your local 3 pack ranking, I don’t think it’ll take a hit. In fact, it might even get a boost from the increased relevance. After all, Google loves when users find exactly what they’re looking for.
