We now spending over $15k a day across the UK and US. What style of agency or agency should we be using?

I’d go with a high-hours freelancer or micro-agency first & then see if it makes sense to hire in-house. It’s so easy to test a bunch of freelancers vs. you’ve really bet big when you take someone in-house.
I like the fractional approach personally – hiring a freelancer who has a company email address, is on your Slack etc, but not necessarily working for you 40 hours.

If your campaigns are performing I would leave that channel in-house and consider agencies for other channels, especially if you’re highly dependent on Google Ads alone. It’s risky to have too many eggs in one basket. I’ve seen business go bust because Google or Faceboom shut down their account or an algorithm change destroyed their campaigns. I’ve listed some channels I have seen success on on in the past across multiple verticals. We are working with a freelance ad consultant that my friend recommend and are very satisfied with the results. We are getting sales at a cost of about $4 per purchase and our AOV is $38. Given that he charges us way less than any agency would we are more than happy with this.
Btw we sell home appliances and spend about $10k per day on G Ads pmax.

Go agency. Do a request for proposal from multiple agencies. They’ll sell themselves to you and will tell you how they can improve your business. You then pick the best pitch. 15k a day is decent spend.

Go small and advanced w avg tenure 10 years on up. Look for groups that have min $100k/mo spends. The biggest shop would be klient boost, 120over80, surfside ppc, etc..
