  Wbraid conversions not posting to account

  We run e-commerce store and send back conversions to google via API. All of our wbraid and gbraid conversions have successfully posted to Google as confirmed by the API records but even after weeks they never refresh into the account. Support has been too dumb and slow to figure it out. What to do?
