  Video Quality is terrible

  For what ever reason, when I upload my videos on to Tiktok & insta reels, for the first 24 hours the video is 720p crystal Clear & sharp. After a few hours sometimes a day, I’ll check on the video and it becomes blurry fuzzy and just downright poop at 480p.

  I film my videos on a canon 200d and edit them on capcut on my phone. I make sure to compress to 720 at 30fps before hand. My Internet connection is also solid.

  Any solutions ?
