  Unable to fetch conversions on Google Ads but Firebase is able to fetch the conversions

  One of my friends has created a new ad account and running app install campaign. However he is getting event hits on Firebase but Google ads is showing zero conversions.

  How can he fix it?

  is he using Google Tag manager? if not use it easier to manage, test and track specific events (conversions) just YouTube a tutorial how to use
