We are a U.S.-based hand tool brand generating most of our revenue through Amazon (as a 3P seller). We also have a Shopify store, and sell on TikTok Shop and Facebook Marketplace. We've worked with influencers in the past so there is some content which could be repurposed along with existing product photo assets.

However, social media isn’t my area of expertise, and I’m confident there’s significant untapped potential to drive more revenue through strategic social media efforts. This would include content creation, regular posting, expanding influencer partnerships, recruiting for affiliate programs, and executing guerrilla marketing tactics (no/low-cost or pay-for-performance programs).

As a small business, I'm very focused on managing overhead and expenses. Rather than committing to a fixed monthly fee, I’m looking for a partnership where compensation is tied to growth—sharing profits based on performance. I believe this model creates a true "win-win," where both parties are motivated by aligned interests, and there's significant upside potential for the right person.

Has anyone here worked under a similar profit-sharing arrangement or have insights on this type of partnership? Also, if you have the skills, experience and are interested, please reply.

I’ve been in a similar spot while exploring different options for social media engagement. With something like your profit-sharing model, it’s all about finding the right partner who truly understands your brand. Worked with an agency that used a profit-sharing model once, and it really keeps everyone motivated! Tried some usual platforms like Sprout Social and Hootsuite for managing posts, but eventually found tools like UsePulse to effectively monitor specific platforms like Reddit, where niche communities thrive, was useful.
Consider looking for partners who specialize in your product type, and you might want to repurpose your existing content with a fresh spin. Good luck! Keeping communication transparent about expectations can make all the difference. Plus, tapping into the right subreddit for feedback on tools could also offer insights on what resonates with your audience.
