    Hey,

Wondering if anyone that uses Twitter could explain a little about sending a tweet.

I haven’t used twitter much as far as tweeting goes. Just wondering why when I send a tweet, why doesn’t it show up on their “tweets” and “tweets and replies” tabs most of the time? I have noticed this a few different times. I can only see the tweets on MY tweets and replies tab but not on theirs.

An example is, I recently sent a tweet to a company I had an issue with so other people could hopefully avoid the same thing. I later went back to that companies twitter page and looked under both the “tweets” and the “tweets and replies” tabs but my message wasn’t there anywhere. The only place I see it showing up is when I look on my own profile at my recent tweets.

Also, is adding a period in front of the @ still required so the tweet will show up for everyone? I remember reading about doing that a while back. I’m probably missing something obvious.

    Appreciate any help

Another person’s tweet will only show up on another user’s profile if they’ve liked, retweeted, or replied to it.

So if someone tagged you for example, that tweet would not show up on your profile unless you interacted with it in some way.
